Intro to Filmmaking

In intro to filmmaking, students will work towards creating a short film. We will explore special effects, costuming, script writing, directing, filming, and editing! Students will decide amongst themselves which roles they will fill (art department, camera crew, cast, etc.) and learn about the different moving parts that go into making a film. Open to students ages 8-18.

Digital Photography

Learn how to take your photos to the next level! During this hands-on learning class, students will learn the fundamentals of digital photography, including: basic camera settings and functions, lighting, composition, aperture and visual storytelling. If you don’t have a digital camera of your own, no worries! This class is geared towards students at a beginner to intermediate level, open to ages 10-18. All supplies and materials are included in the cost! STAY TUNED FOR 2026-2027 CLASSES!

Filmmaking Workshop
